1. Meet with Chad Pederson directly. We don’t believe in the “One Size Fits All” real estate model. We are not all things to all people and we want you to be sure Pederson is right for you. When we sit down in our comfortable office it is truly to get to know you, your business and how we will be able to enhance your career.

2. Complete paperwork and we submit the license transfer. Once you have made the decision to join Pederson Realty, we’ll help you complete the necessary paperwork and we will transfer your license! License transfer is instant, so you are able to continue serving your clients without interruption.

3. One on one business planning meeting… and you’re on your way! You’ll sit down with our Director of Sales to either create or review your business. We want to know your vision for your business so we can do all we can to help you do all you can for your clients!
