Chad Pederson has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years and is the owner of Pederson Realty, a boutique agency located in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Growing up in a real-estate family, he learned the values of hard work, determination and attention to detail. Chad prides himself on providing every client exceptional service with a personal touch —holding himself and his team to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Previous to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Chad was the Director of National Sales for Move, Inc., the original owner of Realtor.com. He also held various senior sales management positions with internet marketing firms in Silicon Valley and is a Navy Veteran.
Chad lives in the Twin Cities, with his 3 children, Blake, Alexis and Reagan. He has volunteered as a hockey coach and soccer coach for all 3 of the kids. Currently Chad is a mentor for Blake’s robotics team. In the summer you can find them on the St. Croix River wake surfing & enjoying the beach.
